The Single Best Thing
Almost four years have passed since Melv followed Eve back to England refusing to throw away their long awaited chance of lasting love and happiness. Much has happened in that time. No longer a tour manager for Travel Together, Eve is enjoying unexpected success in her new career. Has she forgiven him for hurting her so deeply? Was her love for him simply enough? And what about her own dark secret?
Provoking smiles and tears this glimpse into Eve’s future brings the Singles’ Series to its final conclusion
My review
This is a wonderful and exciting conclusion to an excellent series. The story and our heroine Eve certainly go in a direction I wasn’t expecting, given her career focus up till now, and it’s fascinating.
It’s not plain sailing for Melv and Eve. There are some significant bumps in the road, but both are nothing if not determined, although that isn’t always a good thing…
Plenty to enjoy, plenty to make you exclaim in surprise, plenty to make you worry what will happen next – as always with this author you run through the full gamut of emotions whilst kept wonderfully entertained.
